About Venice Avenue Yoga.
We are big believers in the original HOT yoga method of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises. We also offer private lessons on request. Individualized classes are not only a great way to get started, they are also very beneficial for practitioners that want to gain a better understanding of the postures and how best to improve their own individual practice.
